Weekend Preview - Home and away weekend with the Cats

The Sherfield School Basingstoke Bison are back in action this weekend with a crucial league home and away weekend against the Swindon Wildcats.

Going into the weekend the Bison sit in second, level on points with the Phantoms with a game in hand and take on the Wildcats who currently sit in third place six points behind so this weekend is an important weekend.

The teams have met so far in the cup competition but not yet in the league.

Bison Captain Aaron Connolly looked forward to the weekend; “We come into the weekend with a full roster which will need to be utilised to come out with the results we desire. Swindon are a team with a lot of depth, we have come close a couple of times but close isn’t good enough. We’re in a good position in the league right now but our feet will be firmly on the ground looking to grind out another huge 4 points in the league.

Bison take on Wildcats in Basingstoke on Saturday at 6.30 before travelling to Swindon face of 6.15 face-off on Sunday.
