Use of the Message Board is Suspended

Please note, no one contributor or entry has brought about in this action, nor were we directed to close the board by the Bison Management, however Peter Davies, representing Planet Ice does endorse the following statement.

Since setting up the site we have endeavoured to maintain open access to a Guest book or Message board, although several changes in the format have been required at various times to maintain a standard acceptable by the majority of users.

We are acutely aware of the community value of Message board, so the decision to suspend the Board has not been taken lightly.

With increased usage we have found it too demanding ( as Fans ) to maintain the Forum and keep ALL interested parties happy. In addition, the Board has frequently presented a negative view of the Bison programme to the general public.

We are considering the reinstatement the Message Board in an alternative format, in consultation with other interested parties, but no firm decision on this has been taken.

We are sorry that some users of the site will be disappointed to lose this facility, but we will continue to develop other areas of the site for interactive content. At the moment the Reports Page is open to all for match ratings, and to invited users for match comments, as well as the Guest Book.
