The Committee announce that the Basingstoke Bison Booster Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th April 2012 in the Rink Bar, doors opening at 7.30 for an 8.00 start.
As is customary and as per the Constitution, all current committee members will stand down during the AGM, so all places will be available for nominations, be they officer or committee member positions.
If you would like to be a member on the 2012/2013 Committee, you may put your name forward during the meeting. If you are unable to attend but wish to be elected, please forward a signed letter of intent which should also be signed by and handed in by a proposer at the meeting.
The AGM is open to BBBC Members only with voting restricted to those 16 years of age and over, so please make a note in your diary to come along and be involved in the setting up of the new committee.
