We all know Thornton had some injuries on Wednesday's game against Coventry and Mikko also continued to suffer from his groin. With Wes out of the team we are short, very short, so something needed to be done!

Ryan again managed to pull a rabbit out of his hat. This time he went to Swindon's EPL team and got us 1-3 players to help us out this weekend.

This means that we are playing 10-12 skater hockey this weekend, and that is better then 9 skater hockey, and we still have a strong team that are highly motivated after Wednesday's win over Coventry!

Thornton will have a new scan on Sunday morning, this will tell us more about the injury and when he could be back on the ice. 1-6 weeks it looks like right now.

Mikko will not play for at least one week, we will see this week how it develops and I will keep you all informed!

Thursdays fan forum went very well, with over 10 stakes sold right there, and more who will comeback this weekend! We need 30 stakes/shares sold @ £500 in a very short time and I'm confident we will reach that number with out problems. More info about this soon on the website.
