Bison 1 Manchester 2
23rd of September 2007
A goal just 34 seconds from the end saw the Bison defeated by the Manchester Phoenix on Saturday night.

Despite being out shot 15-6 in the first period it was the visitors who went in at the break with a one-goal lead. The goal was netted by player/coach Tony Hand with 15.24 on the clock.

The Phoenix only managed three shots on Stevie Lyle in the third period but the third shot was decisive as KC Timmons scored on the powerplay with 34 seconds left on the clock.
