After careful consideration of the events of last Saturday, the policy for Q's bar for all Basingstoke Bison ice hockey matches in the future will be as follows:

For all major sporting events (i.e. England football internationals as per this weekend), the blinds in Q's bar will be pulled down prior to the event starting and will only be pulled up once the hockey game has finished.

For all other Bison hockey nights, the blinds will be pulled down at about 6.25 pm prior to the start of the hockey game and will only be pulled back up once the hockey game has finished.

This will enable the bar to be open for both the public and hockey crowd alike.

Also as of this weekend the screens in Q's after the ice hockey game will be broadcasting sport related content.
