On Sunday night the Bison return to bmibaby Elite League action with a trip to Coventry.

The side they beat on Wednesday night 4-2 in the first leg of the British Knockout Cup final. The return of that game is on Tuesday night.

The Herd have four games left in their league campaign and currently need three points to pip the Edinburgh Capitals for the eighth and final play-off spot. That is as long as the Caps don't pick anymore points in their final three games.

Edinburgh have just one game this weekend away at Manchester on Sunday.

Bison head coach Aldridge said: "We know it is going to be tough going to Coventry, but there is still a glimmer we can make the play-offs, so we will be going there looking to get something out of the game."
