The Basingstoke Bison face the Manchester Phoenix in back-to-back Elite League games this weekend.
The first is on home ice at the Basingstoke Arena on Saturday night, with a 6.30pm start time, with the return on Sunday in Altrincham.
The Herd will be keen to avenge last Sunday's Challenge Cup semi-final defeat in Lancashire, when they went down 6-1. Once again the Elite League's top goal scorer David Beauregard led the way with a hat-trick, while Bruce Mulherin grabbed a brace and Kyle Bruce netted a single. Corey LeClair got the lone Basingstoke reply
On Saturday night, the Bison will have a special guest in Digger, the mascot of top rugby union side London Irish. At the game, Digger will been selecting the most enthusiastic fan to win a fantastic London Irish prize.
Talking ahead of the double header weekend with Manchester, Bison player/coach Eric Braff said: "We have to forget what happened against them last weekend and go out on the ice, work hard and get that win we are looking for."
Tickets for another great night of family entertainment at the Basingstoke Arena, are still available from the box office on (01256) 355266.
