Canadian import Danny Stewart and British forward Ross Bowers have both left the Basingstoke Bison this week.
John Neville, Planet Ice's director of group operations said: "We are actively looking to strengthen this team and have a number of offers out to players right across Europe.
"It is disappointing to lose Danny and this was despite discussions with the rest of the team to try and keep him here. He had a offer back home and decided to take it."
British forward Bowers had already pencilled in a move to the Slough Jets, before last weekend's games and talking after Sunday's home game said: "The fans have been great to me here, as have the guys in the dressing room, but I was just not enjoying my hockey."
Bison player/coach Eric Braff said: "It is always sad to see players leave, but this is part of hockey and we wish both them well for the future."
