The Basingstoke Bison are delighted to announce that Peterborough Phantoms netminder Euan King, will once again be guarding the pipes this weekend for the Herd.
He will play in their lone fixture a home game against the Nottingham Panthers on Saturday night, as American netminder Kevin Reiter continues to recover from his ankle injury
King is currently in Spain with Great Britain under-20s at the World Championships and recorded a shut-out in GBs first victory in the tournament over the host country, earlier in the week.
The shot stopper is no stranger to Basingstoke having played earlier in the month for the Herd, recording a 90.6 per cent save rate in the games against Cardiff and Hull.
Bison player/coach Eric Braff said: "Euan played really well for us when he was last in a Bison jersey and I said at the time I would have no hesitation in using him again. So I am pleased he is able to play for us this weekend."
