Night for Heroes Game.
11th of December 2008
The unique shirts to be worn at the Night for Heroes game have been unveiled and they can be bought by Bison fans.

The special game on Wednesday will honour service- men and servicewomen - hence the camouflage-themed jerseys.

To get a piece of Bison history will cost £100, with the proceeds going to the services' charity.

As there are only a limited number of shirts available, there will be a draw to give every fan a chance of owner- ship.

Supporters must give their name to Paul West at the Chuck-a-Duck table, who will allocate each a number.

Names will be taken at Saturday night's game against Newcastle and also on the evening of the Night for Heroes game.

When all the names have been collected, the draw will be made after the Bison home game against Hull on Saturday,
December 27, when the successful fans will be able to take away their shirts.

Wednesday night's game is an Elite League clash against Nottingham Panthers when the national anthem will be sung by
Janet Shell.

She has performed with English National Opera and the Royal Opera at Covent Garden as well as singing at the Royal
Albert Hall, Symphony Hall, in Birmingham, and the Royal Philharmonic Hall, in Liverpool.

It should be a magnificent start to a special evening and all Bison fans are asked to wear something red for the game as it is the final Herd home game before Christmas.
