The Basingstoke Bison travel to Cardiff on Wednesday night, looking to repeat their 4-3 victory when last in the Welsh capital.
The game will be filmed by Sky and broadcasted on Friday night.
When these sides last met it proved to be a real thriller with Herd netminder Kevin Reiter in fine form picking up the man-of-the-match award.
He was beaten just three times in 51 shots by Devils' leading marksman Jason Silverthorn, Mike Prpich and former Bison Derek Campbell.
The Basingstoke goals came from Danny Stewart with a brace including the game winner, while Brent Hughes and Trevor Read both hit singles.
For Wednesday night's game the Herd will welcome back defenceman Curtiss Patrick from suspension and he is eager to get back out on the ice.
They still have an injury question mark hanging over Eric Braff, as he recovers from an ankle knock which is very much a day-to-day thing. However, the Bison Warrior will lace up his skates if he feels he is ready to go.
Otherwise Basingstoke captain Brad Cruikshank is still suspended and Matt Miller has yet to fly into the country. The home side will be minus Brad Voth as he also continues to sit out his ban.
Talking ahead of the game Bison head coach Ryan Aldridge said: "We know it is not going to be easy going down there. They are still smarting from last time and like us what to put in a good performance in front of the TV cameras.
"Having already won there this season, so that will give us confidence and it would be great to do it again. We will go into their building, with that in our minds."
