Basingstoke Bison Ice Hockey Club are proud to announce the launch of their 'Follow the Herd' corporate drive ahead of the 2010/11 English Premier League (EPL) season.
'Follow the Herd' aims to promote the Bison brand to the Basingstoke and Hampshire community and offers an attractive range of corporate opportunities for businesses to help support the leading sporting club in Basingstoke and Director of Ice Hockey Steve Moria is pleased to throw his support behind the campaign.
"Last season saw the club become the hottest ticket in town. We are now aiming to build upon this success with the launch of the 'Follow the Herd' campaign." said Steve.
"In 2010, we've had 1,000 to 1,500 Bison fans packing out the Arena on Saturday nights - we offer a fantastic opportunity for businesses and companies to expose their product to a wide market of possible consumers and also become a part of the Bison family."
The fore-front of the 'Follow the Herd' campaign sees the unveiling of the Bison's corporate pack, which outlines the sponsorship opportunities available to businesses and companies. These range from kit sponsorship and advertisting boards around the Basingstoke Arena to match, player and team sponsorship.

As an incentive, every supporter that is able to recruit a sponsor for the club will be entered into a draw to win FREE sponsorship of one Bison player for the 2010/11 season.
For each sponsor a supporter helps to recruit, they will receive an entry into the draw, so the more sponsors a fan brings in, the more chance they have of winning. Steve sees the supporters playing a key role in the 'Follow the Herd' campaign.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for supporters to help get involved with the Bison. Simply printing off a copy of the 'Follow the Herd' pack and giving out to your employers, contacts or even local businesses in your area will help us to achieve our goals."
"We want to reward our fans for their efforts and the draw gives us this opportunity."
As another incentive, every company or business that sponsors the Bison in 2010/11 will be entered into a draw at the end of the season which will see the winner's company logo on the team's jersey in 2011/12.
"It might be gimmicky but I feel it's important to reward sponsors for their support. A place on our jersey offers the biggest promotion of your business with many of our fans wearing the Bison jersey in the community.
"By giving away this space for free, we are hoping that sponsors will buy into the success of the Bison this year to order to gain their rewards next year."
