After their tremendous win last night in Belfast, league leaders Coventry had to come from two behind in this encounter to collect both points. With Belfast's loss in Manchester they are now two points in front with four games in hand.

The visitors shocked the home support as they took the lead with the only goal of the first period at 17.45 scored by Greg Chambers (29th).

Bison player/coach Ryan Aldridge (4th) heaped more pressure on the home team as he netted a second goal at 27.43. Top goal scorer Adam Calder (39th) pulled one back for the Blaze at 34.12 to make it a one goal game at the second break.

The home side got on level terms at 45.14 with a goal from K C Timmons (8th) this was followed by the game winner just over two minute later as Dan Carlson (19th) found the net at 47.23 and moved Blaze ever closer to their third league championship success in the last 4 seasons.
