This Sunday there is only one place to be and that is the Basingstoke Arena as the Bison hit home ice for the final time to take on the Milton Keynes Lighting in their play-off quarter-final clash.
For one team the season ends here - for the other there will still have a chance of lifting the final piece of silverware up for grabs the play-off crown in Coventry next weekend.
It will be fast, it will be physical and you should be there, so book your tickets now from the box office now on (01256) 355266 or via the Bison website.
Make sure you are in your seats at 5.30pm sharp as this game will be all action from start to finish.
Sunday’s game is the second leg of the quarter-final showdown with the first game being in Milton Keynes the previous night which starts at 7pm.
The Bison have only one injury doubt ahead of the weekend in defenceman Ricky Skene and if that is the case Tony Redmond is likely to remain on the blue line.
The Herd have beaten MK in their last two games and a repeat performance would do nicely.
Bison player/coach Steve Moria said: “They are a hard working team like us who will play a very aggressive forecheck. Having won both games last weekend we are in a good frame of mind and as a team we are desperate to get to Coventry.”
The reward for the winners is a game against either Manchester or Sheffield next Saturday at the Skydome.
Supporters are reminded that there will be no text or audio commentary from Planet Ice Milton Keynes on Saturday.
