The bmibaby Elite League are delighted to advise the draw for the semi-final line-up in the British Knockout Cup took place 'live' in front of Sky Sports cameras on Wednesday.

Following completion of the quarter-final round of games, the four teams whose names went into the hat were Basingstoke Bison, Coventry Blaze, Edinburgh Capitals and Hull Stingrays.

The draw was made by Todd Kelman, GM of the Belfast Giants with the help of David Simms and Nick Rothwell, the Sky Sports Ice Hockey commentary team.

The draw resulted in the following semi-final match-ups...

Basingstoke Bison vs Excel Hull Stingrays and... Cassidy Coventry Blaze vs Futurity Partnership Edinburgh Capitals.

Both ties will be played over a home and away basis with the respective dates and face-off times to be confirmed and announced shortly.
