With the second half of the season underway this is the time to get a good run of wins going and look to head into the play-off games as one of the main contenders to reach the final four in Coventry on the weekend of April 14th/15th. If you have never been to the finals weekend it is definitely worth the entry price and hopefully the Bison will be making their EPL final debut this year. Play off application forms can be down loaded from the Bison web site www.bstokebison.co.uk and handed in to either Paul West or Booster Club staff on game nights.
On Sunday 22nd January stand- up comedian Sean Collins will be handing over the Man of the Match beers at our home game against the MK Lightning. Born in Canada, Sean obviously is no stranger to ice hockey as he has played the game. Sean starts his comedy tour on the 1st February and his tour dates can be found here:
Huge thank you to the Booster club and fans for helping to raise a very tidy sum of money over the Christmas period, a cheque for £3000 was handed over to player coach Steve Moria prior to us beating the Bracknell Bees on Saturday.
There is still time to visit one of the merchandise tables on game nights and treat yourselves to a last minute gift, there must have been something you secretly wanted for Christmas but never got.
Whilst your there then treat yourself to some shirt of the players back tickets as this week it’s Nicky Chinn’s game worn shirt.
