Bison Bounce Back.

The ADD Recycling Basingstoke Bison bounced back from a disappointing home loss to Manchester on Saturday evening, with a hard earned 3-1 win on the road over the Telford Tigers on Sunday. Viktor Kubenko put the Herd in front at 17:57, with Steve Moria and Sam Oakford assisting. Tigers pulled level in the 2nd session as Joe Henry beat man-of-the-match Matt Colclough in the Bison net at 36:36 on a powerplay, assisted by Marek Hornak and Callum Bowley. Just as the 2nd period was winding down, player-coach Steve Moria restored the Bison’s lead at 39:24 with an unassisted goal. Viktor Kubenko sealed the win with an empty-net goal at 59:42 assisted by Joe Miller.

Bison return to action on Saturday 21st January as they visit the Swindon Wildcats, and return home on Sunday to take on the Milton Keynes Lightning, with a 5:30pm face-off.
