For the 2nd successive home game the ADD Recycling Basingstoke Bison where shutout, as the Milton Keynes Lightning committed a smash and grab 2-0 win on Sunday evening. Milton Keynes came to Basingstoke intent on playing a tight defensive system aimed to clog up the middle of the ice and not allow Bison any quality scoring chances, keeping the Bison on the perimeter and protecting netminder Barry Hollyhead.
