EGM Monday 20th July 8pm

Dear Member,

Following on from the AGM on the 12th May 2009, minutes enclosed, and the stepping down of the 2008-2009 committee members, an EGM has been called as there was no replacement committee to take over. The revised date for the EGM is the 20th July. The meeting will be held at Q's bar starting at 8pm. This will be a closed meeting for members only so please ensure that you bring your membership card with you. If you have misplaced your card there will be a list of names available at the door in this instance.

The meeting will be chaired by the 2008-2009 committee.
If you would like to put yourself forward to become a committee member for next season, please Contact me and I will send you the nomination form.

If no committee is formed at this meeting then the members will have to decide how to proceed with the Supporters Club and fold if necessary.

It is vitally important that every member that is over 16 years of age attends this meeting.

The annual accounts will also be available at this meeting.
We hope that you will be able to attend.
